During their internship Deree - The American College of Greece students Eleftheria Kyriazidi, (Environmental Studies) and Anna Lazaridi (Biomedical Sciences), shorted benthic macrofauna of 4 samples collected by research team of Τομέας Βιολογικής Ωκεανογραφίας Ελκεθε - Biological Oceanography, HCMR last April in Gialova lagoon. The samples were distinguished in 4 groups which are:
-polychaets
- oligochaets, grustacea,
-molluscs
-and others (insect larvae etc).
The samples will be transferred soon at Hellenic Centre for Marine Research - HCMR lab for further analysis.
