Värmdö Gymnasium visited Navarino Environmental Observatory

What an amazing week! Students from #visited Navarino Environmental Observatory between 14th to 20th of October and they participated in many excursions and fieldwork activities in the area. Among others they were informed about the biodiversity of the area in Natura Hall at Costa Navarino, they learned about the olive harvesting process, they had an excursion and field measurements in Gialova lagoon and they also visited the archaeological site of Palace of Nestor. Moreover they had the opportunity to interview some local people about their relations with the Natura2000 areas like Gialova lagoon.
